Job Profile SummaryThe project will replace the implementation of the Client PowerOn 4.2.3 Outage Management System (OMS) which uses the webmethods integration platform. The newly implemented Client e-terra 3.9 Outage Management System (OMS) will use Azure platform to host integration. Azure experience is required. Also, onsite availability is a must.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to estimate work
- Analyze existing integration (webMethods)
- Design the integration to support the new application
- Develop specifications for each data integration
- Development of integration following defined standards
- Requesting access to existing integrated hosted applications following our internal security process
- Maintain our application configuration database (ITEAM) to reflect integrations & endpoints
- Develop integrations to support the internal incident management system (Cherwell) to provide proper escalation for abends
- Participate in testing phase
- Participate in deployment phase
QualificationsExperience/Education Required
- Bachelors degree
- Azure experience
- Azure logic app, web app, & functions
- C# .Net. This includes best practices, performance tuning & troubleshooting, security, web-service design, RESTful, WCF, SOA, MVC-Razor Pages
- Agile software development methodology experience
- Web-services, 3rd party APIs, tools like SoapUI & Fiddler
- Experience with Oracle. Solid understanding of SQL tuning, indexing, and query costs.
- WebMethods (ability to understand workflow to replicate integration), PL/SQL experience.
- HPQC (Client Quality Center testing tools)
