Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field
Client is working to replace and enhance the existing permits system. The new system (eTrack) will provide the ability to collect pre-application inquiries and accept permit applications online, as well as process the applications received and generate reports. eTrack will also provide GIS capabilities, data/document management, automatic notifications, application tracking and review tools, document generation, and reporting/data inquiry capabilities.
The position will be a senior Java developer on the eTrack project, developing Java components, REST services as well as stored procedures based on design specifications. The team will utilize an Agile SCRUM methodology in development.
Requirements:
- 84 months of experience developing complex business system using the Spring Framework, Spring Security and JPA (Java Persistence Architecture)
- 84 months of experience in developing REST webservices, utilizing the HATEOAS architecture implementation of REST
