• Collation of existing customer data platform documentation (architectures, runbooks, policies)
• Discovery of source data platforms; manual, scripted, tool-assisted
• Requirement gathering of Capacity, Performance, Security, Scalability, Availability, Durability
• Feature analysis & comparison against target platforms
• Regular sync with Lead Architects, Project Manager & Customer
• Document findings to Lead Architects for inclusion in all-up Migration Assessment report
