Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work with business partners to understand their specific responsibilities and what problems face that business day-to-day
- Gather requirements on what questions need to be answered and translate those into visual insights
- Build and deliver wireframes and mockups while iterating with business partners to ensure deliverables will achieve maximum value
- Build and deliver data visualizations using Tableau and other visualization tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data science, data analytics, interactive media, or related field
- 5+ years experience building data visualizations using B.I. tools (BOBJ, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) with a focus on strong Tableau skill
- Project intake and project management experience
- Experience working within Agile methodology and using corresponding tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving capabilities. Results oriented. Relies on fact-based logic for decision-making.
- Ability to work with multiple projects and work streams at one time. Must be able to deliver results based upon project deadlines.
- Willing to flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
