EDI Mapping Support Developer Professional

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support of all in-scope applications
- ASN to EDI migration
- Partner Coordination
- EDI Map Changes
- New trading partner onboarding
- Incidents: break fix, resolution, and root cause analysis
- Support calls: user calls for support, analytical, consultative
- EDI Supplier enablement: working with new and existing suppliers to configure them to use EDI systems for ordering, invoicing, catalog, payment and client billing.
- Maintenance and Enhancements (Work Requests): functional improvements, perfective maintenance, continuous improvement, application environment maintenance, and upgrades. SDLC includes:
- Interface with Users, Help Desk, Ops, Business Analysts, Application Teams, etc.
- Communication to all groups as required
QualificationsKey Characteristics of EDI Support Analysts/Developers:
- Seasoned EDI professionals
- Hands-on responsibilities supporting all in-scope EDI applications
- Performs change requests and system enhancements
- EDI Mapping Developments and EFT setups
- Integration & UAT Testing support
- Weekly report creation
- Monitor and report Service Metrics to Team Lead
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
