JOB PROFILE SUMMARY
EDI Mapping Support Developer Professional
Location: Buffalo area
Duration: long term

This opportunity offers a full, comprehensive benefits package. This position is full time.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support of all in-scope applications
  • ASN to EDI migration
  • Partner Coordination
  • EDI Map Changes
  • New trading partner onboarding
  • Incidents: break fix, resolution, and root cause analysis
  • Support calls: user calls for support, analytical, consultative
  • EDI Supplier enablement: working with new and existing suppliers to configure them to use EDI systems for ordering, invoicing, catalog, payment and client billing.
  • Maintenance and Enhancements (Work Requests): functional improvements, perfective maintenance, continuous improvement, application environment maintenance, and upgrades. SDLC includes:
    • Interface with Users, Help Desk, Ops, Business Analysts, Application Teams, etc.
    • Communication to all groups as required

QualificationsKey Characteristics of EDI Support Analysts/Developers:
  • Seasoned EDI professionals
  • Hands-on responsibilities supporting all in-scope EDI applications
  • Performs change requests and system enhancements
  • EDI Mapping Developments and EFT setups
  • Integration & UAT Testing support
  • Weekly report creation
  • Monitor and report Service Metrics to Team Lead
Physical Demands
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
