Duties & Responsibilities
INTEGRATION:
B2B system
Qualifications:Should have both working and installation experience in B2B Sterling Integrator, File Gateway, Secure Proxy and Control Center.
Should be able to write Unix based scripts for monitoring and alerts
Create UI/small apps for support teams in Open Source languages [java/js, nodejs, angular, react, etc.]
Expertise with MQ, webservices.
Should be able to build APIs in B2B
Should be able to install, upgrade, configure B2B suite of products.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Duties & Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Incident Resolution
- Application Monitoring
- Release Management Support
- Investigation and Root Cause Analysis
- Emergency fixes
- Application Support
- Testing Support (corresponding to enhancement/ migration activities as part of this contract)
- Operational changes and bug Fix associated to B2Bi Applications
- Co-ordinate issue resolution for hardware and network failures
- Monitoring & Batch support.
- SI, SFG, Proxy server, SEAS, SCC monitoring
- Certificate update for client and Certificate update for partners
- Enhancements based on the available team capacity, including and not limited to
- ASN to EDI migration
- Partner Coordination
- EDI Map Changes
- New trading partner onboarding
INTEGRATION:
B2B system
- integrates with IBM ESB for receiving Purchase orders from P2P systems and sending it to suppliers via SFG.
- interacts with roughly 300 partners and transforms all the Invoice data to Unified Invoice Processing system.
- interacts with 300 partners to get catalog data and sends it to P2P & PIM/MDM system.
- other integrations like banks, clients, internal system transfers, transformations, etc.
