We are looking for several freelance recruiters who can work from home on an "incentive per selected candidate" model. We prefer recruiters with Information Technology and Business professional recruiting experience.
We are NOT looking for recruitment agencies/companies, but individuals only.There is a $1000 finder fee that is paid for all permanent Placements after 90 days and $500 fee paid for contract placement candidates after 30 days.

Salary: 100% Commission
This opportunity is an outside sales position that is 100% commission-based. Your job is to offer our staffing services to new clients and aquire a signed agreement (B2B )to initiate our services.The commmission rate are 22% of all Permanent Placements and $8.00 per hour for all contract employments for the life of the term. The more you sell, the more you receive in commission.
You should be able to work independently, which means probably out of your home or home office. Many sales can be made over the phone, while others will need to be made in person because of the client's need for face to face contact.

Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for targeting, qualifying, winning new business with new customers, account "hunting" and management in the Atlanta, South Florida and Texas area. The BDM will also manage existing customers and work to grow Tech Nerds within customer base. The BDM will be selling the company's components, Enclosures, and System Integration. The BDM will be calling on prospective customers, provide technical and administrative product information and/or demonstration, and quoting appropriate customer prices. This person may provide guidance to other Business Development Representatives. The BDM will also be accountable for representing the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales related matters. This will require the understanding of the customer's business and product requirements. The BDM will also be accountable for maintaining all sales database requirements. This person must be capable of selling all divisions of Tech Nerds.
IT Staffing and Business Search
Location:Texas, Florida, NY, Atlanta
This position is telecommute, (work from home office)
Employee Type: Fulltime
You must meet a minimum quota of $250,000-$4 million in sales projection per year.
Please note that we are an IT staffing and Business Search Firm company so we are in need of clientele in those areas.
-Other jobs duties include recruiting and interviewing candidates.
-You must manage accounts and any other miscellaneous duties including but not limited to market rates and markup percentages
- You will need to have access to a computer and internet.
- You will execute the sales strategy within the region.
- You will have specific sales goals and expectations by month, quarter and year.
- You will develop an annual sales plan for your target accounts and territory.
- You will follow the sales process, which includes analyzing accounts and submitting proposals.
-Understand fully and in-depth the needs and business rules of target clients.
-Develop a call list of existing accounts and target accounts. Determine the call frequency for each account.
-Be personally responsible for a deep relationship with your top 25 target clients, to include a relationship with all account influencers such as CEO’s, Directors of Talent Acquisitions, personnel and others.
-Communicate daily with managers on issues affecting the client, including but not limited to service, turn-around time, business rules, changes and competition.
-Develop Account Profiles, to include business rules and update profiles on each sales call.
-Be responsible for territory development and mapping, and account assignments.
-Leverage existing account management technology and corporate resources to improve call and account management effectiveness.
-Be responsible for pricing in individual accounts to include profitability (mark-ups and market trend rates).
-Be a sales problem-solver within the account and territory.
-Handling contract agreements (Permanant Placements/ Independent contract/ Corp to Corp)
Self-motivated, results-oriented team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building long lasting business relationships
Solid understanding of U.S. industries and the drivers of IT demands within them
Ability to identify unique business opportunities within regional market segments
Strong knowledge of IT solutions including data centers, servers, information networks, storage devices, communications equipment and services, to optimize their use
Superior communication and phone skills to facilitate complex IT conversations and close sales through your understanding of their business and Tech Nerds offerings
Ability to prioritize and record daily milestone sales activity and consistently achieve quota for outbound calls, completions, conversions, demos and monthly deal closures
Strong Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Business-Browsing skills
Candidate needs to be a highly motivated individual who can operate independently.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field with 5 years of professional business experience
5+ years in the IT industry
5+ years of sales, business development or customer service experience
Prefer someone that worked within a staffing agency environment
