Are you sill using pinkbutterflys@aol.com? If so its probably because everyone has that email address and its on your website and business cards. Do you want a more mature email address without missing any of your pinkbutterflys emails? Well we can do that. We will:

  • Setup your email properly
  • Find an email address you like. Did you know that you don't have to stick with @yahoo or @gmail address? You can get a professional address like you@yourbusinessname.com or if for personal use firstname@lastname.com.
  • Setup a web-based or desktop application. Will you be using a web-based email system or a desktop app such as Outlook or Window's mail? Lots of people still prefer to use a native application because they are familiar with it. Applications offer some functionality that web-based apps don't have yet. But web-based apps are catching up fast. The advantage of going web-based is that you can access email interface that you are familiar with from any computer with internet access. We can help you determine which option is best for you.
  • Import contacts and emails from previous system
  • Forward emails from your old address to your new one so that you don't miss an email
  • Setup filters so that your emails automatically go into their proper folders
  • Setup email signature for each of your email accounts
