We will help you decide if you would like to use our staffing services, managed services or just consult with us directly using our professional advice.

We Manage

We are a Managed Services Provider (MSP). We provide Implementation, Migrations, Engineering, IT Staffing and Consulting. We partner with our clients to identify their immediate needs, project requirement(s), and end goal for their project(s). We will detail specifics in a statement of work including, but not limited to: required software/hardware as well as work breakdown with scope and objectives, project deliverable(s) and estimated hours. We will submit proposals, review technical environments, provide solutions, benefits of solutions, subcontractors and manage the project to completion.

We Screen

At Tech Nerds we often receive resumes in many areas of IT. Each candidate is carefully screened before introducing them to our clients. We can determine almost instantly after an initial review of an applicant's resume and brief phone interview whether or not they have the skill set to match our client's needs. We pride ourselves on our unique screening process because instead of just glancing over resumes looking for specific keywords and just submitting them to our clients, we have experienced techs that match the applicant's skills, personally review the resume and interview the candidate on their knowledge. It is this rigorous process that we pride ourselves on that allow us to meet our clients' needs.
